Built to go big and charge hard, just like Daniel. The 2026 TAO's shape is rooted in Dan's favorite wakeskate profile, while designing an amazing park board around that profile. Ready to conquer any rail, kicker, or winch spot...while still being able to flex out to the max on any press.
Thanks to LF's Hotbox Technology, the TAO's top-sheet is CNC'd to make the raised wakeskate shape the heart and soul of the board. This gives stiffness underfoot so you can go big while allowing the tips to flex where you need it. Paired with a super simple base with minimal channeling, your session will be virtually free from hang ups on and allowing the board to glide faster on top of the water's surface.

Simple and smooth single concave running through the center of the board to concave with edge channels at the tips.
What do you get when you add a TAO wakeskate shape into the construction of a Tao wakeboard? By removing material from the tip and tail and beefing up the middle of the board, the TAO is now flexier than ever for pressing, while being stronger than ever for the full-send maneuvers. The 2-3 degrees of cant in the wakeskate shape allow for unreal boot-to-board responsiveness, while the simplified single concave hull keep the TAO as smooth and free-flowing as ever.
Using profiled paulownia wood from tip to tail for trusted stability and strength. All LF profiled cores are designed to give a solid feel between the feet and flexing on the tip and tail. As the core profiles towards the tip and tail the profile thins out to create more flex.
Optimized for Liquid Force 6X/6R Bindings. While remaining compatible with all bindings featuring a 6" mounting spread.
Hotbox Technology gives lightweight flex without sacrificing pop. Material is removed from the tip and tail for added flex while the wakeskate center shape is raised on the board to provide support, structure and unbelievable pop.
The newest flex pattern in the Liquid Force Park Series. Designed to provide torsional rigidity directly under the rider for increased leverage, while tapered zones leading out to the tips of the board provide maximum flex potential.
Similar to the LF Flextrack, our 4 Up Flexbar can bend, twist laterally and torsionally to allow the board to bend and flex as it was intended to. This means no dead-spot’s under your bindings. Featuring four mounting positions, you are guaranteed to find your perfect stance.
