In the event you need to return or exchange a product, your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
To initiate a return/exchange, you must first send an email to support@liquidforce.com to receive an RMA number. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, washed, or are damaged/missing original packaging. All returns must have valid RMA Number to be processed.
Once your RMA Number has been issued, please make the appropriate arrangements to have your item(s) returned to the following address:

Please include the original packing slip, as this will serve as your receipt. If the desired outcome is an exchange, please list what item you'd like to swap into for faster processing. We recommend all shipments sent back to our fulfillment center are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Liquid Force is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged return shipments or if a non-traceable carrier is used. We do not accept C.O.D. and customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Liquid Force. Refunds/Exchanges are typically processed within 2-3 business days of being received, but during peak-season it can take up to 5 business days.
Refunds: Once your item(s) is returned to our facility the original card used to purchase the product will be credited the cost of the item(s) and any applicable tax. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges: Upon receiving your exchange, our team will process the request and cover the return shipping back out to you (normal ground service). If the item(s) you are exchanging for happens to be out-of-stock at the time your return is processed, customer service will contact you to discuss your options.
