Format:

Features-Only Jam Sessions

Riders will receive a t-shirt at each stop, and podium winners at each stop will receive a trophy & prizes.

Division Trick Limitations

Rail Restrictions have moved to per move versus total rotation across the rail. Limitations to transfers have been added.

Beginner:

Kickers: Front Side 180s only. No inverts

Rails: Front Side and Back Side 180s. No transfers or rail to rails

Novice:

Kickers: Front Side 360s and Backside 180s only. No inverts allowed

Rails: Front Side and Back Side 270s. 180 transfers

Intermediate:

Kickers: Front Side 540s and Back Side 360s only. All basic inverts allowed (no 360 inverts or blind landing inverts). No rewinds

Rails: Front Side and Back Side 360s. 270 transfers

Advanced:

Kickers: Front Side 720s and Back Side 540s only. All basic inverts, blind landing inverts and 360 inverts without a handle pass allowed (no handle pass 360 inverts allowed)

Rails: No flip transfers. Everything else is allowed

Pro, Open Women and Wake Skate:

No restrictions

Women can ride in open women or their skill division, but not both

Pricing

$50 per stop

$120 for all three stops

$25 for Wake Skate

Overall Scoring

Like years past, we will have the following judging point system but we will need to make it clear that after 5th place, everyone receives 5 points but are in fact in order they are presented.

1st Place – 10 Points

2nd Place – 9 Points

3rd Place – 8 Points

4th Place – 7 Points

5th Place – 6 Points

6th Place and Beyond – 5 Points

For tie-breakers, we looked at the following criteria (same as last year):

• Who placed higher at stops that both participants competed in.
• Most 1st place finishes, most 2nd place finishes, etc

Video Contest

The video contest is free to enter for anyone who participated in ANY stop of the Broken Record Tour.

Clips from each park is not required but drastically helps your chance of winning.

Regardless, we will promote every video that is submitted. Videos will be submitted by posting a reel on Instagram and tagging all three parks, Broken Record Tour, Liquid Force Wake and Liquid Force SE.

Criteria for the Video Contest:

• 1 minute in length
• Individual Riders only, no groups
• No outside clips (other parks, winch or boat)
• Judging criteria will be announced ahead of time

To make it more inclusive of the lower divisions, we may want to emphasize video quality and uniqueness (lets challenge them to showcase things we haven’t seen a thousand times on Instagram reels).

Prize Purse ($3,300 Total):

Pro Overall Winner: $1,500

• $750 First Place

Advanced Overall Winner: $400

Intermediate Overall Winner: $300

Open Women’s Overall Winner: $300

Novice Overall Winner: $200
