Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

For Calculated Shipping Rates - Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before submitting an order with Liquid Force. All orders ship via FedEx.

For Free Shipping Offer - A Free Standard Shipping option will be offered to orders with a sub-total over $99 USD and being shipped within the Lower 48 States (Contiguous US). Offer does not apply to orders below this threshold. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are exempt from this offer.

Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Liquid Force is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    Shipping Destinations:

    We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses. A physical shipping address is required by FedEx to arrange successful delivery.

    Local Order Pickup is not available.

    Order Processing:

    Order Confirmation emails are sent out immediately upon receiving an order.

    Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday) depending on seasonality and order volume.

    Once an order is placed, the window to adjust, amend, or cancel is extremely short.  Please ensure all your order information is correct prior to placing your order.

    Shipping Confirmation emails are also sent the day your order is due to be picked up by the shipping courier and will contain your tracking details.

    Tracking Information:

If you don't receive tracking information but believe your order should have already shipped, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder for your shipping confirmation email.

    Packages are delivered “without a signature required” to provide greater customer convenience. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to have to have a signature required for delivery – Email: support@liquidforce.com / Telephone: 760-943-8364.

    Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments:

    If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible (within 3 days of delivery) at support@liquidforce.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for you.  DO NOT use or attempt to repair the product, it needs to remain in the condition in which it was received for our team to file a shipping claim.

    If your shipment is missing or you're unable to locate an item you purchased, please do the following:

    - Click further into your tracking details. Some orders require more than one box to ship, if so, there will be a FedEx “Master Tracking Number” linked to your online tracking details with sub-tracking numbers associated. The missing item could still be in transit but arriving soon.

    - Check through the entire contents of your shipment. It’s possibly the item is packed with another item for safety.

    - Check around your house/apartment as FedEx may have left your order in a safer location (alternate exterior door, garage, etc.).

    - If you are still unable to locate your missing shipment or gear, please contact customer service as soon as possible at support@liquidforce.com.
