Happy Fall Y’all!
Here we are in November as the year is quickly coming towards the end. But what is not coming to an end is our athletes relentlessly dominating. So this weeks is short and sweet and focuses on one athlete for one big reason!
Bailey Dunn cruised on over to the Dubai to ride in the WWA Wakesurf Championships Dubai Creed Edition and she delivered! I have not seen a performance at an event like this within the female’s surf divisions. Our girl landed herself 1st in both Pro Women’s Skim and Pro Women’s Surf! Unreal! Goes to show you that the combo of Bailey Dunn and the Blade board, along with the new Twin Turbo are unmatched! Bailey’s Blade is the lightest thing made as you already know, but she also was involved in developing the Twin Turbo and has been riding it all season long. Bailey is traditionally a skim style surfer, but she is now an all-terrain wakesurfer! I cannot say how proud and stoked I am for her as around this time last year she called me and informed me she was going to start training in surf style. And here we are now with a gold medal in a massive international event for her!
Respect on your hard work Bailey, not only do we see you, but the world sees you. Congrats Bailey! Savor this one! Keep’em going!
