LFG x Nationals! WWA Wakeboard and Wakesurf Nationals was this past weekend down in Boca Raton south Florida and it was all LFG! Seriously LFG Summer in full effect right now! Our girls are definitely having themselves an all time season!
Main Operator Meagan secured herself a 7th national title this past weekend. This is insane too as I don’t know if any athlete in wake has ever earned 7 nattys. And right next to her was Euge in 2nd too! Euge is also having quite possibly her best season of her career too! Both ladies are on a podium streak right now. Congrats and let’s keep LFG going into Wakepoint this upcoming weekend.
Wakeboarding wasn’t the only one with our ladies running it, it was also wake surfing. And to no surprise Bailey the Blade got herself a silver in Pro Women’s skim. Bailey is definitely doing her part in keeping the LFG podium streak going right now too as she hasn’t missed a podium yet this whole season. Congrats Bailey!
Aside from LFG is the Italian takeover. Our guy Nano has been on one lately. I know you guys already follow him, but in case you want to bring yourself up to speed on what is going down in wakeboarding, just give @nano_sws a look on insta and you will see where Nano has taken wake right now that no one else has. And he has carried that on with a 2nd place at Nationals in Pro Men’s. Congrats Nano!
The Italian takeover carries on to the next generation with Matteo Molinari winning Jr. Pro Men’s! So unreal! Italy is so on one with these two, a bunch of the ladies and of course all the peeps in park too. And next to Matteo was Preston Persichetti! Preston with his first boat contest in 5 years comes out with a 3rd place at nationals! Preston and Matteo both are some Swiss army knives when it comes to all pulls of wake. Keep an eye out on both these boys. Congrats guys!
