Yo Yo Yo!
Another heater of a weekend for the LF team across the globe, seriously things to run down in Europe, America and Asia.
Lets start with world games in Chendu China where our ladies were on fire! Alice Virag secured herself a silver medal and right next to her was Euge de Armas in 3rd, so sick!
And on the cable side of things with world games, the ladies delivered again. This was the first time park has been in the world games since 2005, so major deal. 2nd place finish from Vanessa Tittarelli and 3rd from Sanne Mejier! Seriously well done ladies, congrats to you all.
Amsterdam Neatherlands played host to Matty Muncey’s winch contest Wakeboard Street Jam. The spots were insane, the hits that went down were even better and of course you know there was some great crashes too. But Tao himself got best trick overall! From everything I saw on social media, Dan shredding face at all 3 spots. And a highlight for a lot was Dan sliding that whole hand rail and letting go with a bank into a closeout, only something DG could pull off with others would get broke off. Congrats Dan!
Lastly, I would like to highlight that Guenther Oka was up in his hometown of Cincy staying busy. Not only did he get to judge Red Bull Flutag, but he also got to get out and pass the handle to a new of new peeps and of course put on a killer demo on what I am guessing is the Cincinnati River. Thanks for sharing wake with the people G!
PWT, Wake the City, Broken Record Tour and Wakepoint open are on deck for next week, so stay tuned.
Til the next epsode,
